Shipping
Most of our pieces are one of a kind and sometimes an item that has been sold at a show has not yet been taken off the site. We try our best to stay updated, but if you order a piece that has just been sold, we will contact you, and immediately issue a refund.
We also sell at juried art shows, the dates and events are listed on our website. During these days you might want to contact us in advance of ordering online to see if the desired pieces are still available.
We regret this inconvenience and will do our best to find you a substitution if possible.
All pieces will ship FREE (insured) via Fedex. Most shipping is within 5 days,
You will be notified by email when your order is shipped and we will provide you with a tracking number.
If you would like to make a purchase from outside the USA, please contact us before ordering to get information about the cost of shipment and customs information specific to your location. Also note that we cannot ship to certain countries since they have assay laws that prohibit us from shipping jewelry to them.
Upswings Jewelry is not responsible for shipping issues once the jewelry is in transit.
In case of a lost or stolen package, a claim can be filed with Fedex. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Luckily in all these past years we have never had this problem!
Return Policy
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your item and would like to exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and the item must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days. Please let us know before you ship the item back to us for exchange.
Return it in the same box or packaging you received it, Fedex it back to us insured and tracked.
Jewelry damaged by wear, improper handling or storage is not eligible for exchange or return.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
The Upswings Gift Card
Purchasing the Upswings Gift Card creates a unique code. The recpient can use this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total. The remaining value remains available for a subsequent purchase. A refund for the remaining value is not possible.
A total refund is possible within a month from purchase. Please contact us.
Repairs
Repairs due to faulty construction or design flaws will be repaired free of charge.
All other repairs will be charged plus the cost of materials and shipping.
We only do repairs on our own work.
Custom orders
We do customs orders on request. Please contact us to start the possibilities of the project.
Once we are in agreement, we require a 50% deposit and signed order form. Once the deposit is received we will start the process. Most custom orders will ship within 3 -6 weeks after deposit.
Sometimes longer in the busy seasons. We do reserve the right to a longer time period if the design is very intricate and if special stones need to be procured for the order.
Privacy and security
We do not make customer information, such as site registration, name, address, and telephone number available to anyone else for any reason. If you give us your postal or email, you may receive periodic mailings from us with info on new products or upcoming events. We do not share our mailing lists.
When personal information such as a credit card number is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as SSL Protocol.
